Jordan Best

Jordan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who specializes in OCD and anxiety-related disorders, including intrusive thoughts, panic, health anxiety, perfectionism, phobias, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm. She works with individuals who feel stuck in cycles of fear, self-doubt, reassurance-seeking, avoidance, and uncertainty.

Jordan believes therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and grounded in a strong therapeutic connection. She understands how exhausting it can be when anxiety begins to take over daily life, leaving you feeling constantly “on,” disconnected from yourself, or trapped in patterns that no longer feel helpful. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe exploring difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, DBT-informed strategies, and nervous system-informed approaches. Jordan helps clients better understand the patterns underlying anxiety and OCD while developing practical tools to navigate fear, uncertainty, intrusive thoughts, and emotional overwhelm with greater flexibility and confidence.

Jordan is passionate about helping clients build self-trust, emotional resilience, and a healthier relationship with themselves. She believes meaningful change happens through learning how to respond to anxiety differently while reconnecting with the parts of life that matter most.
