Jordan Best
Jordan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) whose practice focuses on OCD, anxiety disorders, and relationship and attachment concerns. She works with people experiencing OCD, health anxiety, panic, phobias, chronic worry, relationship anxiety, anxious attachment, people-pleasing, and perfectionism.
Jordan believes therapy should feel collaborative, genuine, and grounded in a strong therapeutic connection. She understands how exhausting it can be to feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, fear, self-doubt, reassurance-seeking, or uncertainty, whether those patterns show up within yourself or in your relationships. Her goal is to create a warm, supportive space to better understand these patterns and begin responding to them differently.
Her approach integrates evidence-based therapies including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-informed approaches. For OCD and anxiety, Jordan helps clients navigate fear and uncertainty while reducing patterns of avoidance and reassurance-seeking. In relationship-focused work, she helps clients explore attachment patterns, emotional needs, boundaries, and ways of building greater security in themselves and their relationships.
Jordan is passionate about helping people build greater self-trust and create meaningful, lasting change. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves and the patterns that keep them stuck, develop more flexible ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, and feel more secure and confident in themselves and their relationships.
